Participants will examine time-tested Disney© strategies that help create world-class service. Spend one day with the Disney© Institute and you will learn to think differently and benefit from Disney© insights on quality service. Participants will determine how they can drive service differentiation, develop quality service standards, utilize tools to deliver exceptional service, and learn how to recover from a service failure. Approved for 5 SHRM Recertification Hours.
